EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

In order to allow you to purchase with tranquility, you have up to 15 days to return any items that do not suit you.

Also, with the Serenity Insurance, you can exchange any item during 60 days, for free.

However, for hygiene reasons and in accordance with the article L. 121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code, only unworn and unwashed items will be taken back.

How to return your items?

In order to exchange or return any item, go to your order history and add a message at the bottom of the concerned order details, explaining which items are concerned and the reason of the return. This request must me done within 15 days after the reception of your order. This period goes up to 60 days if you subscribe the Serenity Insurance.

As soon as we receive your request, we will send you the return procedure. Then you will have 10 days to return the product.

If the deadline is exceeded, we can refuse the return.

How to exchange your items?

Please follow the procedure above. After the reception of your products, we will credit your account with a voucher.

Place your new order and enter the number of your voucher on the basket page. You will have nothing more to pay than the potential extra amount between your voucher and your new order.

In case of withdrawal, you will be charged for the return costs. In case of non-compliance, or if you subscribe the Serenity Insurance, the return costs will be borne by us.

 

How to request a refund?

Once your return is received and approved, go on your order history and add a message at the bottom of the concerned order, explaining that you want to get your money back.

You will be refunded within 10 days after your request. In case of withdrawal, you will be charged for the return costs. If the product is not consistent with your order, the return costs will be borne by us.
