The iseule swim briefs have tie-sides. I wear a USA size 32 jean and ordered these in XL. Even then, the back shows more skin than I would like. The strings on the side are nice and the pouch is roomy. Like the model shown in the photo, expect to change your tan lines. My wife likes it and agreed to wear her skimpy string bikini when I wear this. So we kind of match. I only gave it 3 stars since the back should be a larger and fit better.
